1. Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup
2. Powdered Milk - 1 1/2 cup
3. Water - 3 cups

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Mix all contents in a blender for 30 seconds. Refriderate till cool.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass
