Put the diced pineapple into the brandy snifter. Shaker the juices together, wirh ice cubes, in the shaker ans strain into the glass over the pineapple. Top up with ginger ale and pineapple. Top up with ginger ale and stir breifly. Spear the cherry on a toothpick and lay the garnish across the rim of the glass.
