Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Pineapple Chunks - 1
2. Blue Curacao - 2 oz.
3. Dry White Wine - 2 1/2 bottles
4. Sparkling Wine - 1 bottle

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Put the diced pineapple in the punch bowl with the curacoa and 1 bottle of white wine, cover, and refridgerate the infusion for 3 to 4 hours. Add the remaining white wine, stir, and top up with sparkling winer or champagne.

Serve in a Punch Bowl
