Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Grape Juice - 1 3/4 oz.
2. Grapefruit Juice - 1 1/2 oz.
3. Lime Juice - 3/4 oz.
4. Grenadine - 2 tsp.
5. Bitter Lemon - 2 tsp.
6. Soda Water - _
7. Lemon Balm Sprig - 1

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake the juices and grenadine together, with ice cubes, in the shaker and strain into the highball glass. Add the bitter lemon, top up with soda water, and stir. perch the sprig of lemon balm on the rim of thr glass.

Serve in a Highball Glass
