Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Sugar Cube - 2
2. Dark Rum - 1 1/2 oz.
3. Coffee - 1 cup
4. Whipping Cream - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Warm the glass, put the sugar cubes and rum in it, top up with hot coffee, and stir. Float the cream on top of the coffee.

Serve in a Irish Coffee Cup
