Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Coconut Syrup - 1 1/2 oz.
2. Pineapple Juice - 2 oz.
3. Lemon Juice - 3/4 oz.
4. Coconut - 1/4 tbsp.
5. Pineapple - 1/4 slice

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake all the ingredients together, with ice, in the shaker and pour into the brandy snifter. Perch the slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass.

Serve in a Brandy Snifter
