Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Champagne - 2 oz.
2. Gin - 1 oz.
3. Pimm's No. 1 - 1 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

take pimms, gin and lemon juice, shake and pour into chilled champagne flute and layer bubbly on top and stir, then garnish with a lemon spiral....;)

Serve in a Champagne Glass
