1. Lemon Juice - 1/4 tsp.
2. Vermouth - 3/4 oz.
3. Orange Bitters - 1 dash
4. Scotch - 1 1/2 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake well with cracked ice, strain into rocks glass.

Serve in a Pousse Cafe Cup
