WINDJAMMER #2 Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
1. Orange - Peel of
2. Boiling Water - _
3. Blue Curacao - 1 oz.
4. Brown Sugar - _
5. Lemon Peel - _
6. Rock & Rye - 1 oz.
7. Bacardi Gold Reserve - 2 oz.

Special Instructions:
Cut orange peel in a thin spiral, moisten, and coat with brown sugar.
Place spiral in a heat-proof mug, add about 1/2 oz.
of warmed rum and flame until sugar is caramelized.
Add remainder of rum, rock & rye, curacao, and lemon peel, fill with boiling water, and stir well.
Serve in a Unknown Glass
