Ingredients:
1. Light Rum - 1.5 oz.
2. Lemon Juice - 2 tsp.
3. Brandy - 1/2 oz.
4. Ice - 1 cup
5. Passion Fruit Concentrate - 1/4 oz.

Special Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a Blender.
Blend well at High speed.
Pour drink into a Champagne Flute and serve.
Serve in a Champagne Glass
