Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Sweet Vermouth - 3/4 oz.
2. Angostura Bitters - 4 dashes
3. Scotch - 1.5 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into chilled glass.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass
