Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Pineapple Juice - 2 3/4 oz.
2. Grapefruit Juice - 1 1/2 oz.
3. Blue Curacao - 3/4 oz.
4. Lemon - _
5. Pineapple - 1/2 slice

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Mix the juice and the curacao together, with ice cubes, in the mixing glass. Top up with bitter lemon and stir breifly. Perch the slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass.

Serve in a Collins Glass
