ALMA COCKTAIL Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
1. Cream - 1/3 oz.
2. Bacardi Light Rum - 3/4 oz.
3. Gin - 3/4 oz.
4. Dark Creme de Cacao - 2 oz.

Special Instructions:
Shake the first 4 ingredients in a mixer filled with ice.
Add 2 dashes of Grand Marnier and shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass

How to measure quantities - Cocktail Making Tip:
If one finds it hard to measure by eye, he might prefer switching to timing technique. Try measuring the time one unit liquid pours into the glass. Usually each second equals about half ounce. So for 3 ounces drink you have to count something like this - "1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1005, 1006 " and you're done! |
