1. Bitters - 1 dash
2. Blue Curacao - 1 tsp. Blue
3. Vermouth - 1/2 oz. Dry
4. Gin - 1 1/2 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
