Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Lemon - 2-Jan
2. Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp.
3. Water - 1 tsp.
4. Blended Whiskey - 2 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Pour the Sugar, water and Lemon Juice into an old fashioned glass. Add ice and wait for Sugar to dissolve. Pour in Blended Scotch Whisky and stir. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
