Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Honey - 2 tbs.
2. Water - 2 tbs.
3. Lemon - 4
4. Bacardi Light Rum - 1/2 Part
5. Mint Leaves - 5 tbs.
6. Tea Bag - 1
7. Boiling Water - 2 Parts
8. Ginger Ale - 1 Part

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Dissolve honey in warm water. Put liquid honey, lemon juice and rum together in tall jug. Add mint leaves and leave to stand while brewing tea. Pour boiling water in a jug and steeped tea bag for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag and chill tea. Pour chilled tea and dry ginger ale into rum mixture. Stir well. To serve: pour over one ice cube in each glass.
