Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Brandy - 3/4 oz.
2. Benedictine - 1/4 oz.
3. Champagne - _
4. Angostura Bitters - dash
5. Sugar Cube - 1
6. Orange Slice - _
7. Maraschino Cherry - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Soak the sugar cube in the glass with angostura bitters for 30 seconds. Stir in all the ingredients, except for the champagne and benedictine. Finally top up with champagne, benedictine, garnish with cherry and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass
