Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Orange Bitters - 2 dashes
2. White Creme de Menthe - 3 drops
3. Rye Whiskey - 1.5 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Fill mixing glass with ice, whiskey, and bitters. Shake and strain into glass filled with ice. Top with white creme de menthe.

Serve in a Highball Glass
