Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Liqueur - 1 oz. Pistachio
2. Brandy - 1 oz.
3. Ice Cream - 5 oz. Vanilla

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute and serve.

Serve in a Champagne Glass
