1. Pineapple Syrup - 2 oz. 2. Pineapple Sherbert - 1 scoop 3. Soda Water - _ 4. Pineapple - 1/2 slice
Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Pour the syrup into the highball glass and fill the glass two-thirds full with crushed ice. Add the pineapple sorbet and top up with soda water. Perch the slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass. Serve with a spoon.
