Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Pineapple Juice - 1 oz.
2. Orange Juice - 3/4 oz.
3. Egg Yolk - 1
4. Soda Water - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake the juice and the egg yolk together, with ice cubes, in the shaker and strain into the champagne flute. Top up with soda water and stir breifly.

Serve in a Champagne Glass
