Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Orange Bitters - 1 splash
2. Pernod - 2 oz.
3. Gin - 1 oz.
4. Sugar Syrup - 0.125 oz.
5. Mineral Water - 3 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake recipe with ice, strain over ice and top with Sparkling Water

Serve in a Highball Glass
