Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Champagne - 3/4 oz.
2. Peach Schnapps - 1 tsp
3. Angostura Bitters - 1 splash

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Its OK to use more Peach! Serve with small tapas. The olive must be dry. Pour the champagne while the guest hold the glass. Champagne must be real cool.
