Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Pineapple Juice - 2 3/4 oz.
2. Lime Juice - 1 1/2 oz.
3. Coconut Cream - 3/4 oz.
4. Grenadine - 2 tsp.
5. Lime - 1 slice

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake all the ingredients together, with ice, in the shaker and strain into the highball glass. Top up with crushed ice. Perch the slice of lime on the rim of the glass.

Serve in a Highball Glass
