Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Lemon Juice - 1 pint
2. Sugar - 1 quart
3. Water - 1 quart
4. Egg White - 2

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

To lemon juice, add sugar and water, in which the thin rind of three lemons has been allowed to stand until highly flavoured; when partly frozen and egg whites, beaten to a stiff froth.

Serve in a Pitcher
