Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Grapefruit Juice - 3 1/2 oz.
2. Orange Juice - 1 3/4 oz.
3. Pineapple Juice - 1 3/4 oz.
4. Lemon Juice - 3/4 oz.
5. Coconut Cream - 3/4 oz.
6. Orange Peel - 1
7. Pineapple - 1/4 slice

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake all the ingredients together firmly, with ice cubes, in the shaker and strain into the highball glass. Hang the lemon peel over the rim of the glass and perch the slice of pineapple on the rim. Serve with a straw, if desired.

Serve in a Highball Glass
