Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Lime Cordial - 3/4 oz.
2. Lime Juice - 2 tsp.
3. Soda Water - _
4. Lemon Peel - 1

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Mix the lime cordial and lime juice together in the glass and fill the glass three-quarters full with crushed ice. top up with soda water and stir breifly. Hang the spiral of lemon peel over the rim of the glass.

Serve in a Old Fashioned Glass
