Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Bourbon - 1 oz.
2. Pineapple Juice - 1 oz.
3. Ginger - 3 pc.
4. Champagne - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Muddle the ginger pieces in the shaker, pour in bourbon, pineapple juice. Strain into glass and top up with champagne and serve.

Serve in a Champagne Glass
