Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Sugar - 2/3 oz.
2. Ice - _
3. Champagne - 2.5 oz.
4. Peach Schnapps - 1.33 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Mash two small peaches and scoop four spoons into the glass. Shake BOLS Peach and Sugar syrup with ice and pour over mashed peach. Fill up with Champagne.

Serve in a Champagne Glass
