Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Sugar - 1/3 oz.
2. Blackcurrant Cordial - 1.33 oz.
3. Sparkling Wine - 2.5 oz.
4. Creme de Cassis - 1.33 oz.
5. Vanilla Ice Cream - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Add one scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream and blend well. Pour and fill up with sparkling white wine.

Serve in a Hurricane Glass
