Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Pineapple Juice - 1 3/4 oz.
2. Lemon Juice - 2 tsp.
3. Coconut Cream - 1 3/4 oz.
4. Light Cream - 1 3/4 oz.
5. Whipping Cream - 1 tbsp.
6. Chocolate Shavings - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake all the ingeredients together firmly, with ice cubes, in the shaker and strain into the glass. Top the drink with whipped cream and sprinkle a little grated chocolate on top.

Serve in a Old Fashioned Glass
