Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Sugar - 1/3 oz.
2. Bacardi Black Rum - 1.5 oz.
3. Triple Sec - 1/2 oz.
4. Bols Blue - 1/2 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake recipe with ice, strain over ice and top with 3 oz Soda water

Serve in a Highball Glass
