1. Rum - 2 oz. 2. Soda Water - 3 oz. 3. Sugar Syrup - 1/2 oz.
Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Use the base of your choice, usually rum or gin.
For rum use angostura bitters and for gin, vodka and bourbon orange bitters, for brandy peach bitters.
Shake recipe with ice, strain over ice and top with soda water.
