Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Ricard - 1 Tsp.
2. Superfine Sugar - 1/2 Tsp.
3. Peychaud Bitters - 2 Dashes
4. Water - 1 Tsp.
5. Bourbon - 2 Oz.
6. Lemon - 1 Twist of

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Pour Ricard into a glass and swirl around to coat glass; discard any excess. Place the sugar, Peychaud bitters, and water in the glass and muddle with the back of a teaspoon. Almost fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the bourbon over the ice cubes.

Serve in a Collins Glass
