Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Orange Juice - 1 cup
2. Amaretto - 1/4 cup
3. Vanilla Extract - 1 tbsp.
4. Ice Cream - 1 cup
5. Tequila - 1/2 cup

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Blend 2 cups of crushed ice with the tequila, orange juice, and amaretto until slushy. Then add the ice cream and vanilla and blend on medium until slushy. ***Len's comments: it's a great breakfast drink! You can get the pineapple papaya ice cream at Niederfrank's Ice Cream in National City CA., or make your own.
