Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Gin - 2 Oz.
2. Lemon Juice - 1 oz.
3. Superfine Sugar - 1 Tsp.
4. Cream - 1 oz.
5. Grenadine - 1 Tsp.
6. Club Soda - 4 Oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, sugar, cream, and grenadine. Shake well. Strain into a Collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda. Stir well.

Serve in a Collins Glass
