Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Lemon Juice - 1 oz.
2. Brandy - 3/4 oz.
3. Egg - _
4. Simple Syrup - 1 tsp.
5. Gin - 2 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake all ingredients with cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. One egg white makes two drinks.
