2. Sugar - 3 Lbs.
3. Yeast - 2 Cakes

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Boil the celery in a gallon of water for at least 15 minutes. Strain and allow to cool; combine with the sugar, lemon slices and the yeast and store in a warm place for several days. Re-strain; seal in a crock pot and allow to ferment for several weeks. Store in bottles for future use.

Sugar should always be added first to mixing glass. Powdered sugar is recommended because it disolves faster in alcohol at lower temperatures.
