Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Brandy - 2 1/2 oz.
2. Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp.
3. Mint Sprig(s) - 6

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

into Collins glass put sugar, mint leaves and brandy, fill glass with finely shaved ice and stir until mint rises to top, being careful not to bruise leaves; garnish with slice of pineapple, orange, or lemon, and cherry.

Serve in a Highball Glass
