Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp.
2. Club Soda - 3 oz.
3. Bourbon - 2 oz.
4. Pineapple Wedge - 1
5. Strawberries - 1
6. Lime Wedge - 1

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

In a large wine glass, dissolve the sugar in the club soda. Almost will the glass with crushed ice. Add the bourbon. Garnish with the strawberry and the lime and pineapple wedges.

Serve in a Collins Glass
