Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Cognac - 2/3 oz.
2. Ice - _
3. Mineral Water - 2.5 oz.
4. Orange Curacao - 2/3 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Add one dash of Angostura. Shake with ice. Strain over ice and fill up with sparkling mineral water. Stir and serve with a straw.

Serve in a Highball Glass
