Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Blackberry Schnapps - 1 oz.
2. Melon liqueur - 1 oz.
3. Vanilla Ice Cream - 4 oz.
4. Blue Curacao - Splash

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

blend with crushed ice until smooth, pour into parfait glass, top with whipped cream and drizzle with blue curacao. Garnish with cherry

Serve in a Highball Glass
