BITTER LEMON FLIP Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

1. Lemon Juice - 1 oz.
2. Grapefruit Juice - 3/4 oz.
3. Grenadine - 2 tsp.
4. Sugar Syrup - 2 tsp.
5. Egg Yolk - 1
6. Bitter Lemon - _
7. Lemon - 1 slice

Special Instructions:

Shake all the ingedients, except the bitter lemon, together firmly, with ice cubes, in the shkaer and strain into the collins glass. Top up with bitter lemon. Perch the slice of lemon on the rim of the glass.

If one finds it hard to measure by eye, he might prefer switching to timing technique. Try measuring the time one unit liquid pours into the glass. Usually each second equals about half ounce. So for 3 ounces drink you have to count something like this - "1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1005, 1006 " and you're done!
