Ingredients:
1. Tequila - 2 oz.
2. Honey - 1 tsp.
3. Egg White - 1
4. Lime Juice - _
5. Orange Bitters - _
6. Club Soda - _
7. Orange Slice - _

Special Instructions:
Combine, and shake with ice, the tequila, sugar, egg white and lime juice. Pour into a Collins glass and top up with club soda. Garnish with lime.
Serve in a Collins Glass
