Special Instructions:
This drink comes from the pages of the nefarious Bennington Bartender Kevin Brown%!s own near miraculous drink book.
I remember my first taste of it in his well appointed luxury suite at Bennington College.
The dim lights, jazz, and beautiful women made it an instant classic...Take equal portions of fine scotch, we recommend the much missed Dimple Pinch, and cognac, Remy Martin Napoleon please, and combine them over glacial ice with half an ounce of Curacao Blanco and the freshly squeezed juice of but half a lemon.
To this fledgling potion add just a dash of Orange Bitters.
Fee Brothers, sir, manufactures just the thing.
Pour all into a 12oz highball glass and consummate with lemon twist.
This, my dears, is born the Bennington: daring, eclectic, sweet, and effervescing, with an subtle undercurrent, o%! so bitter.
Serve in a Unknown Glass
