Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Pureed Peaches - 3 Oz..
2. Lemon Juice - Dash
3. Maraschino Liqueur - _
4. Champagne - Brut

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Puree ripe peaches in a blender and spoon into a large, chilled wine goblet. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sweeten with maraschino liqueur. Fill with ice cold champagne.

Serve in a Red Wine Glass
