Ingredients:
1. Dark Rum - 1 oz.
2. Bourbon - 1/2 Oz.
3. Galliano - 2 Tsp.
4. Cocoa - 4 Oz..
5. Whipping Cream - 2 Oz..
6. Chocolate - 1/2 Tsp.

Special Instructions:
Pour the rum, bourbon, Galliano, and hot chocolate into an Irish coffee glass. Spoon the cream carefully so that it floats on top of the drink. Garnish with the grated chocolate.
Serve in a Irish Coffee Cup
