BAY HORSE Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
1. Blended Whiskey - 1 1/2 Oz.
2. Pernod - 1/2 Oz.
3. Dark Creme de Cacao - 1/2 Oz.
4. Cream - 1 oz.
5. Nutmeg - 1/4 Tsp. Grated

Special Instructions:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the whiskey, Pernod, crème de cacao, and cream. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with the nutmeg.
Serve in a Old Fashioned Glass
