Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Vanilla Ice Cream - 6 oz.
2. Creme de Banana - 1/2 oz.
3. Mt. Gay Eclipse Rum - 3/4 oz.
4. Sweet & Sour Mix - 2 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Blend all with two scoops vanilla ice cream and float another 1/2 oz Jamaican rum on top.

Serve in a Coupette Glass
