2. Powdered Sugar - 2 oz.
3. Lemon Juice - 1 oz.
4. Water - 2 oz.
5. Sweet Vermouth - 1 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

top with seltzer stir in a highball glass. Garnish with lemon twist
